This coffee comes to us from a special lot grown by our friends at Finca Palo Blanco. Since the Ovalle-Altuve family took over the farm in 1990, they've been transitioning from conventional to organic agriculture. We're so happy to help support them on their organic mission and be able to share this special lot with you. Similar to the 'Palo Blanco,' you'll find this coffee to be sweet and silky, but this lot has a cleaner and crisper profile with a mouth-watering complexity.
