Ethiopian coffees are a favorite of many for their fruity flavor profiles - Ethiopian ‘Kayon Mountain’ will definitely delight those drawn to Ethiopian coffees with its sweet fruit and tea-like notes. This coffee is grown in the Guji Zone of Ethiopia's Oromia Region. The Kayon Mountain farm harvests the coffee with the help of local villagers, before it is prepared for washed or natural processing, while also sorting the high quality beans from the lower-grade beans. As coffee dries on raised beds, it is hand-turned and sorted through again to ensure only the highest quality beans make it into your cup.
