In the Coffeehouse, we use it in conjunction with our Hario V60 and the ever-handy Hario Timer/Scale duo to brew pour-overs for our customers. You may be asking yourself, why brew into a decanter? Coffee brews in flavor stages, and by brewing into a decanter, you can better emulsify all those lovely flavors before pouring into your favorite vessel (we recommend our cozy diner mugs).
