Brazilian 'Sete Marias' {Single Origin Espresso} has flavor notes of black cherry, banana, chocolate, and cinnamon - with a creamy and coating mouthfeel.

The Sete Marias farm is located in the Serra do Caracol Valley, a small community near the city of Andradas, in the south of Minas Gerais. The topography of this region resembles that of the south of France, with the mountain range being highly appreciated by paragliders. The Sete Marias farm is run by Paulo Teixeira. In Portuguese, “sete Marias’ means “seven Marias” - the farm is named after Paulo’s grandmother, Maria, who had 6 daughters. The family of Italian origin initially grew grapes and later began to grow coffee. Paulo has been producing organic coffee on the lands of the Sete Marias farm since 1999, along with implementing sustainability projects and achieving a degree in agronomy.
