Ethiopian ‘Kayon Mountain’ {Single Origin Espresso} is a naturally processed coffee with a creamy and coating body. This coffee has flavors of strawberry, golden kiwi, earl grey tea, and juniper, with an aroma of honeysuckle and cacao. 

Ethiopian coffees are a favorite of many for their fruity flavor profiles - Ethiopian ‘Kayon Mountain’ will definitely delight those drawn to Ethiopian coffees with its sweet fruit notes and creamy body. This coffee is grown in the Guji Zone of Ethiopia's Oromia Region. The Kayon Mountain farm harvests the coffee with the help of local villagers, before it is prepared for washed or natural processing, while also sorting the high quality beans from the lower-grade beans. As coffee dries on raised beds, it is hand-turned and sorted through again to ensure only the highest quality beans make it into your cup.

This is the same coffee we recently had roasted for filter coffee that was scored 92 by coffee review, but with a slightly different roasting approach to let this coffee shine as espresso, though this coffee is delicious on any brew method.
