Each major coffee-producing region (Africa, Indonesia, Central America, and South America) has generally consistent flavor profiles to expect from the coffee grown there. We typically have single-origin coffees from at least three of the four regions at one time, so check back later if you're not finding a coffee with a flavor profile you love.
