average - 2 grams of coffee per ounce of water
large batch - 1.5 grams of coffee per ounce of water
small batch - 2.5 grams of coffee per ounce of water
TIPS:
If your brew seems a bit too watery or weak, you may need to start with more ground coffee
If coffee is tasting bitter, try coarsening your grind
If coffee is tasting sour, try fining up your grind
