This full-bodied coffee has a full range of flavor - chocolate, dried apricots, hazelnut, and caramel - it is rich, versatile, and delicious.
The coffees we select for this blend are always decaffeinated using the ‘water process’, which uses purified water to remove the caffeine from the coffee, instead of using various chemical solvents, as most decaffeination is done around the world. Even for a decaffeinated blend, we are sure to source coffees that are high-quality on their own, and focus on preserving their wonderful flavor as we roast.

'Mokha Java' was the first blend ever created. Coffee originated in Arabia and was first sold through the port of 'Mokha' (Al Mukha) in Yemen; the 'Mokha' in this blend is a naturally-processed Ethiopian coffee, adding notes of fruit and cocoa. Coffee was then cultivated in Indonesia and shipped out through the island of 'Java' (Jawa); the 'Java' in this blend is a wet-hulled Balinese coffee, which gives deeper tones of earth and spice. The result is a marriage between the brightness of Africa and the depth of Indonesia - in the cup it is a very dynamic, yet balanced, coffee.

World Tour, Pompadour, Mokha Java, and Daydream have come to life on these beautiful posters, designed by Carpenter Collective, with collaboration from our Noble Coffee Roasting staff, who helped conceptualize the feelings and images evoked by our blends. Carpenter Collective was able to take all of our ambiguous ideas and translate them into these artworks that perfectly capture the essence of each coffee, emphasizing and distinguishing their unique characteristics.
